Rio's puppies



"Rio" was an outstanding sire, stamping his puppies with beautiful heads, 
great substance and breed type.
Most of his offspring have been blessed with his soundness, good temperament and longevity as well.
Rio  produced less than 70 puppies in his eleven years. 
Yet, forty-two percent of Rio's offspring are AKC Champions
 of record and many have Obedience and Working titles. Rio was a four time National Specialty Stud Dog Class winner. 
He produced multiple Specialty winners, including the 
1998 National Specialty winner,
 Westminster winners, and other top Swissies.
 Rio's contribution to the breed continues through his 
descendants both in the USA and in Europe
 who have passed on his outstanding breed type, soundness
 and lovely temperament
